CASH HANDLING SYSTEM for a safer way to keep cash out of sight Retailers are a high risk group when it comes to hold-ups and petty theft. Whenever the cash register is opened, it creates a temptation for the criminally inclined. One way to guard against this danger is by making frequent collections and keeping the actual cash on hand as small as possible. However, this is very impractical and time consuming. COUNTERCACHE is a more efficient system. Once the bills are dropped in the Counter Cache, they remain under lock and key, hidden from view until you make the collections. Even the cashier cannot access the money in the "Cache" box... only the person with the key can get the money out of the box. When the contents are removed, the bills are neatly stacked and ready to be counted. Two models are available: Counter Cache I holds up to 600 bills. Counter Cache II holds up to 500 bills. The unit measures 7-3/4"L x 4"w x 9-1/4"H and weights 7 pounds. |
It allows for continuous collections from all
registers by providing a depository at each station. The Counter Cache is
designed to lock into a mounting channel which can be bolted to any secure
fixture near the cash register. Once the unit is locked in place, bracket screws
are securely hidden away to protect against tampering.
